A small practice, deliberately built.
Scipio Strategy was founded on a particular conviction: that the work boards and chief executives most need is rarely well served by the firms set up to provide it.
Larger consultancies are built for scale and throughput. Coaching practices tend to focus on the individual rather than the institution. Training providers package their offer around a curriculum rather than the room.
Scipio exists in the space between — bringing senior judgement to the strategic and governance questions our clients are working through, and building the capability of their teams to engage with them well.
